Despite the fact that the technology for carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) does not exist yet, Wyoming has gone ahead and passed a bill that smooths the way for CCS and clean coal in their state.

This Bill is Meaningless
With CCS technology still unproven and potentially decades away this bill is meaningless. Can we expect Wyoming to follow the UKs example (see: http://www.hugg.com/node/10019) and use the promise of CCS as an excuse to build new coal-burning power plants?
