But a Start
I ate at a Chipotle for the first time in several months today. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was a large sign next to the menu board touting their "naturally raised" meat. I know they've been using "naturally raised" pork since 2001, but I didn't know that they also have gotten into purchasing more responsibly produced beef and chicken as well. This evening, I checked out their website and found that, in my area, all of the meat is "naturally raised." According to their site, 100% of the pork, 50% of the beef, and 80% of the chicken, nationally, that they serve is "naturally raised." They also use some organic beans (working to go all organic) and have no rBGH in their sour cream (though the local dairy company in town has no rBGH in any of thier products).

Limited vision
I understand that this will "green" the pork part of the burrito, but what about the rest of it? The chickens, the beef. Isn't our beef industry one of the worst contributors to waste and terrible things in the country?
