I know that the reason for people not to recycle is just pure lazyness. There is no reason that it sholudn't be a law. Its doing nothing but hurting our communities. Everywhere I go theres trash on the streets or on the side of the road. It's sad and very bad for our earth. If the Goverment cared at all they wolud make it a law!
What type of Recycling?
Recycling is good but at first you should make it clear what type of recycling! Scrapping - Electrical wastage can be done by recyclling but it depends on the infrastructure of that country, South Korea had done it. But it is not sure all countries can make it. We should be careful about the process when it is matter to redioactive / electronic wastages.
