We'd better do a lot better than 20% and a lot sooner than 20 years or we're so very screwed! Wind, solar and algae oil should be our number one national priorities, and they should get all the funding we're wasting on the bloated military budgets. The fact that we'll be revitalizing American manufacturing and creating full employment is a nice bonus.
