Global warming is endangering Earth

At the heart of environmentalism is a concern for all life, whether human or non-human. The fundamental principle of that concern is sustainability; that is, for life to continue to prosper on Earth indefinitely, our activities must be sustainable.  Climate change due to human influence, a phenomenon that many commentators seem unwilling or unable to accept, is the result of unsustainable activities.
