A multimillion-dollar fund launched in Britain on Tuesday will help preserve the Congo Basin by paying for projects that make the world's second largest rainforest worth more as a living resource than chopped down."Preserving our forests is vital if we are going to reduce global emissions and tackle climate change," said British Prime Minister Gordon Brown in a press release.
