US cuts fuel for climate research, prefers using it to kill Iraqis

Due to the increasing cost of petroleum, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has had to cancel at least 4 voyages, and its cutting down the length of others. They are trying to figure out what missions they can and cannot run, and all of it comes down to fueling their fleet.
