I just started using them.
I just started using them. They said that the requests take up to 10 weeks to process, so give it time.
Also, if they keep coming, make sure you go back to the catalog choice site and flag the catalogs in question. It may be that CC made the request to the retailer, but the retailer isn't honoring it. If they get enough flagged requests, they can take broader action on your behalf against the retailer. It's the power of numbers!
