1st ever "green" electricity Bill - cool!

I have the privilege to show to the public: the first ever official electricity bill , that come from a green energy installation for pubblic lighting. A copy of the bill it is even available for download - (just click the red sentence at the bottom of their blog page.) that show the huge saving of money that has been collected by the town of Torraca, in the first two month of activity of their LED pubblic lighting system, that is driven by Photovoltaic panels. Also it is reported the reduction of CO2 emission. In short the article says that in the previous bill, for the same period of december 2006, the peck of energy consumed was 40 KWp while, in the same period of 2007, after the plant was started, the peack of energy consumed it is of 21KWp ! To be carefully considered, that this great saving comes just from the Street lamps (700 units ) and it do not include other hungry energy devices, such air conditioners, heating, etc. A projection on yearly bases estimate that 79800 kWh will be saved , best of all: a reduction of 40300 kg of CO2 Emission, yearly! .
