Military Indecision and Renewable Energy: The Final Cost?

If the Ministry of Defence in the UK continue to play games with wind farm planners, UK renewable energy targets are going to be hard to achieve. Currently just 2% of the UK's electricity is sourced from renewable energy. It's time for answers, it's time for action.
