The National Trust have the right idea... their staff can have Feb 29th off if they go home or into the community and do their bit for the environment :)

As 2008 is a leap year, we all have an extra day to play with at the end of the month. But, as it only comes around once every four years, rather than treating February 29th as "just another day", why not make the most of it and do something special with it?
