The solemn ceremony of the start-up of the new TCF-bleaching department has taken place at Neman Pulp-and-Paper Mill on the 20-th of July. This event is a landmark one not only for the North-West region but for Russia as a whole. Neman Pulp-and-Paper Mill (NPPM) is the first pulp-and-paper enterprise in Russia that has completely rejected chlorine and chlorinated substances in paper production.
