The state of Texas has approved the biggest wind power project in the country, which will be a big step toward reducing their carbon footprint and being a leader in the fight against global warming. Already the biggest producer of wind power in the country, this latest project will position at the forefront of the wind industry.

So the hiatus is over, I’m back to my blogging ways. I return back to my computer to find that…. nothing has changed. So I thought today I would give a bit of a “wrap up” to the end of the G8 summit on climate change mixed in with a small little rant.
The G8 countries have endorsed bringing down the global greenhouse gas emissions by fifty per cent by the year 2050, however they did not specify a base year for emission cuts.
