It seems there is an ever growing amount of recycled products…products being made. Today I came across an amazing site called Great Green Goods that catalogs all things made from previous materials. A good majority of these type of product really are great, but the fact that they are made from previously used materials and products make them even better.

Passenger Pigeon was started in 2005 by Heather Schibli and Wendy Traas. They have a small studio at 135 Tecumseth Street, where they design, sample, print and warehouse their items. All their clothing is constructed locally in downtown Toronto.

There is allot of debate to the ecological footprint of having children and the large difference of footprints between children of different countries. Personally I don’t have a stance on this issue right now because children are just not on the radar screen right now, but I know how that can quickly change as one becomes older.
