Google Pulled the plug on Forestle, the eco-friendly search engine, by revoking their AdSense account for speculation of click fraud!  Forestle has answered this charge on their website and are working on rectifying the problem.   But is it really as cut and dry as it seems, and does Forestle have the case, or does google?

This hearing examines how manipulation is affecting energy markets, including oil and natural gas. The hearing discusses, among other topics, the case of Amaranth, a $9 billion hedge fund that manipulated natural gas prices and ultimately came under investigation. Another topic is what the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) -- two agencies that share jurisdiction over these matters -- have done to address the problem of energy market regulation.
